Definitions
“Solutions” means Agility1st’s online, self-serve tools (e.g., W2SQL) accessed via our website.
“Output” means any SQL, code, or other results generated by the Solutions.
By using any Solution, you agree to these terms.
References to our “site” or “website” include our subdomains and any other Agility1st-operated interfaces.
Use of the Solutions
Our Solutions are provided as ready-to-use products. They do not include professional services unless agreed separately in writing.
No warranties
The Solutions and Output are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- reviewing, testing, and approving all Output before any use.
- Not deploying to production without independent verification.
- Maintaining backups and safeguarding credentials.
- Ensuring you have lawful rights to the assets you submit.
- Not uploading confidential/regulatory data unless authorized.
Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agility1st is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the Solutions or Output.
Availability & Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Solution at any time. We may update these terms; the Effective Date above will change when we do.
